I've used Turbo Tax for years but this was the first time I've been audited. I can't praise Steve at Turbo Tax enough for all his help. He was always available either by telephone or by email when I had a question. He resolved the issue and kept me informed of each step that needed to be taken.

Very helpful. At all times, were very courteous. Walked me through finding the correct stock statement to clarify to IRS my stock documentation. Significantly lower my amount due to IRS. I will pay the fee every year to keep them on retainer. In just one audit, they already saved me enough to pay their fee for life and still have some left over. The greatest thing is they are very pleasant. Highly recommend their service.
