Terrible. Their contractor out of Willow Grove, PA was provided with documentation organized electronically via their email system, as requested. He never reviewed or even acknowledged the files sent to him. At their office, it was clear that the CPA wasn't technology savy, even though he had 45 years of experience. Hence, he didn't want to look at the organized files emailed to him, he wanted his clients to print everything out and re-organize the files in a manner that he would be happy with, so all he would have to do is ... read more
