I complain a LOT about companies, to be honest - and I can't begin to tell you how awesome TaxAudit is and worth every penny each year. I had a pretty messy audit situation and every step of the process was easy thanks to Jason and Daniel. Jason in particular had outstanding communication and skill in helping to solve this issue, was caring and attentive and going beyond what he needed to do to help, probably. Highly recommend this.

Tax Audit was in constant contact with me and was able to help me with the IRS regarding my school taxes I claimed! I'll be purchasing it again with my next taxes for a just in case.

I honestly was very pleased for all the help I got from them. I couldn’t do it on my own. it was a big relief knowing that I dnt have to pay any money back to IRS. I recommend everyone out there to get insurance even do u think u did everything rite but there always that possibility that u could get audit. 2 or 3 years back n it’s hard to show Proof of any documents that IRS or asking for because of the years back. Hope this help other to be smart n lose some money now than later when it come with penalty n Interest .

Excellent understanding of the issues regarding my IRS notice. Good communications, advice and assistance throughout the process. (My initial IRS notice from two years earlier indicated that I owed over $700. The final determination was ZERO owed! Yeah, I feel pretty happy about that! Thanks, TaxAudit.) The information from TaxAudit during the several months of the process was personal, to the point and understandable. They took care of all communications with the IRS. No mumbo jumbo.

One star is too much. But there is no option for zero stars. This has been a very disappointing experience. They don't defend you. They don't negotiate for you, they don't assist with payment set ups. They don't help with Offers of Compromise. All they do is make sure the IRS is billing you correctly. In my case, they didn't and I did/will be paying less, but not much. In the end, it would have been cheaper to just pay what they said I owed because of the frustration of dealing with Tax Audit and their inability to actually defend/assist you. I have been working with TaxAudit for the past six months. In that time, I have had three separate tax representatives. It has been clear that they have not properly represented me. The IRS at every turn has responded not making sense. Finally, I inquired about the responses from taxaudit. They were sending incomplete packets. This has led me to having to pay a 6500.00 tax liability. Do not work with them unless you have to. Do get a reliable CPA to do this too.
