I have been attending fitness classes here for several years and can thoroughly recommend them - challenging but fun. Zoom Pilates was started by Jane during lockdown and has been a lifeline for me and my husband ever since, maintaining flexibility and strength. I recently had a hip problem that I thought might require replacement, but Mike has sorted it and explained what the problems were, so as long as I keep doing the exercises, all will be well. I visited Jane after months of pain in my back and sciatica pain in my leg. I had a slipped disc diagnosed from an MRI scan and nothing else has worked to help ease the pain. I was walking using a walking stick, couldn't stand for longer than a few minutes and in pain 90% of the day. After my first visit with Jane I was able to walk out of the appointment without the walking stick for the first time in over a month! Thank you Anel. My achillies tendons are feeling much better, no more stiffness! The exercises are really helping.

When my 15 year old son fractured his femur, the post surgery rehab that he received from Mike and Jane was effective, motivational and empowering. The orthopaedic surgeons fixed his fracture. Jane and Mike fixed his tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves and confidence.
