Both reception staff and the vet were very kind, caring and compassionate with my cat. They dealt with his end with dignity and respect for both him and us.
We went for very sad reasons with our cat. It was around 11pm and the charges were astronomical, however the staff were very empathetic and did all they could. Although it's cost over £700 for 1 20 minute visit and we left without our beloved cat we understand this was never going to be inexpensive. Thanks to the kind staff there.
My dog, Ivy, attended the practice for an operation last week. Ivy is a generally healthy dog so hasn’t needed to attend a veterinary practice aside from needing vaccinations and was therefore quite distressed and aggressive due to being in an environment she wasn’t used to. The staff at Taverham vets were extremely patient, kind and understanding.
