First class service from a great practice. The reception staff are always polite and friendly with an easy booking process. Lauren my sports therapist is outstanding and her knowledge and skills are excellent. My injury has cleared up and my ongoing maintenance is spot on thanks to Lauren’s help and support 10/10 from me

I have been receiving Massage treatment here for the last 8 years and have had regular treatments from all their Massage Therapists. They all provide a firm and effective massage and both seem to know exactly which areas need working on without me having to tell them. Suresh and Roni are both trained in Sports Massage. Suresh also gives advice on stretches and he does cupping and myofascial release with massage instruments which are both very effective.
