Tatton House is a place that I would struggle to recommend to my worst enemy. The property itself has many issues, including a lack of soundproofing, which is something I was promised wouldn't be an issue prior to signing my contract. The quality of the appliances and furniture was also an issue; wooden things had chips in them, I had too deep clean the washer/dryer filter, and the sofa had stains. I would not recommend this place (and Sam Properties as a whole) at all, it’s overpriced (good thing is bills included & it’s warm to be fair but they keep increasing their prices unjustifiably!), noisy & the management team has zero knowledge about customer service. I didn’t feel I was respected during my stay & had a hell of a time for these reasons: 1-No SOUNDPROOFING system whatsoever in the building. It’s many flats in a small building. Nice flats, very close to university and the MRI. The staff is very helpful, and the public areas are well-tended.
