Such a lovely team at Hello Student, super friendly and accommodating (pardon the pun). Living at Tatton House is great, as the walls are thick, no nuisance parties, and it has secure parking. Storage in the rooms is great, brilliant shower size, and building is close to the shops. Would recommend living or staying here!x
I am appreciate if the refund of car park fob deposit as soon as possible as my tenant contract end on 30th April 2025.

No soundproof walls. We heard stomping all the time above us. Even complained but nothing changed. As mentioned in one of the other reviews when we left they took pictures from all angles even with stains that were there before and compared it to completely different moving in pictures so they can take a lot from your deposit. Bills are included in rent but prices are extremely high.
I do not recommend living in any Hello Student properties. Their staff are extremely inefficient and unprofessional. When issues arise, they tend to shift the blame onto you rather than finding a solution. I’ve seen the same issues mentioned in other reviews as well. Complaints are pointless, as they rarely resolve anything and usually take a long time to get a response. This greatly impacts students' daily lives and overall well-being.
