The reception is good, the manager is full of dishonest promises (like they said they don't do transport of vehicles yet when a part they fitted and it fell off, meaning I couldn't drive, I had to fork out the expense for The AA) the manager said they would have towed it to save me the expense. They owe me compensation for fitting a part incompetently. Also the mechanics I met were rude and abrupt. I'm extremely upset by their attitude and incompetence in fitting parts.
