very great service... – Food is awesome.....
nice experience – We've been there twice. Both times with guests from Europe. First time we had a really great waiter who was very attentive and helpful and chose great steaks for us. We got red bandanas when he discovered that we went there for a first time. The second time we went there waiter was less attentive and he chose worse meat. Best Steak you will ever eat – I have had the pleasure of going to many steakhouses throughout the country, and this is by far the best. It is a combination of the phenomenal steak, the value and the service. You will not find a better steakhouse in Texas or outside of it.
Best Bang for your Buck – Pros - Great Food at a Great Price -- The salad bar is unrivaled by other Houston Steakhouses Cons - No reservation system, long waits, loud.
Taste of Texas Journey – Came here for lunch and sampled the restaurant's lunch menu. The service was fantastic and the food was surprisingly flavorful. I really enjoyed looking at all of the Texas history adorning the entire place. Great place to take anyone visiting. Definitely go for the salad bar - well worth the money.

Amazing steak! – I have been to taste of texas only once but during my visit, I was well impressed by their amazing steak and service. I am originally from New York and it was wonderful to try delicious food from Texas. The only con is the price but it is well worth it! I recommend taking your family for a nice dinner here!
