Absolutely awful experience with this solicitors firm who in our honest opinion overcharged us when dealing with us as residual beneficiaries of our late father’s estate. We found staff were unprofessional and couldn’t communicate properly failing to provide us with timely updates and refusing to answer questions properly. When I complained they even charged me for the email! Horrendous experience at an already very difficult time.
Massive thank you to Steven from Tassells for assisting us with the purchase of our very first forever home. Great communication from start to finish and always responded to any queries, concerns, update requests in a timely manner which was very reassuring.
