My partner an I went for a viewing in Lowestoft. We met with Carole to show us around the house. From the time of stepping in to the house and after leaving she made us feel welcome and comfortable to ask any questions. She was honest about the property regarding any issues etc. She let us know what work will be done to resolve them. the lovely lady carole that showed us around the house was so friendly, made us feel so comfortable to ask questions, was honest about the condition of the property and let us know what changes will be made, even gave us suggestions on how we could furnish the place, told us all the information we needed to know to apply and made it so easy for us, even had a lovely chat about our future plans, definitely our best experience so far!
