As a lot of people have mentioned here. They force you to take gold service (35£). And they will try to argue your car is SUV to bump the price. Such money minded people and their interior service is not good at all even if you take their costly service. Taking my business elsewhere.
Good value for money, friendly, did a good job, will use them again.
Extremely disappointing experience. I took my new car for a wash expecting a clean finish, but instead it came out covered in soap residue and water spots, especially on the windows and rear screen. It looks like the car wasn’t properly rinsed or dried. For a paid service, this is unacceptable. I had to clean it again myself afterwards. Would not recommend.

Sadly today my car was not washed up to a decent standard, plenty of mud still on the car. Staff today were not helpful and impatient with me as I had to ensure my senses for the wipers for my car were turned off prior to entering and having it washed. Too impatient and job not done well. Better take my business elsewhere
