My sister in the UK had received a letter from Target requesting my current contact information. This was forwarded to me in the US so I called and talked to Lisa who let me know their enquiry related to pension funds apparently from 1975! She carefully helped me through the necessary identification requirements dating back 50 years, and we rapidly reached a successful conclusion. Great job Lisa and thank you!
