We had a great experience with Matt at the Tapi Folkestone branch. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made us feel confident in our options. Thanks to his friendly and helpful approach, we’ll definitely be returning in the spring to place our order!
Matt at the Folkestone store is super friendly and welcoming! He made ordering carpet such a breeze and helped me so much and was very encouraging to take samples away and to not rush in to a decision.
