Friendly store manager and lovely customer service but I found the exact carpet match whilst he was looking at other brands. He would do anything for anyone but seemed a little preoccupied by a change in his morning routine. Due to the fact we are fitting the carpet ourselves, I have to drive 15-20 miles in the opposite direction and phone the company myself in order to collect the carpet. Otherwise we get charged £25 delivery fee for a £70 carpet. Lovely manager but random way of doing things.
Sadly, same theme as the other poor reviews. We had initially had good meetings to decide on our flooring, but it went downhill after that. Prices didn't seem to add up, terrible communication, noone taking responsibility for errors. We had just moved house which was stressful enough, waited in for the first fitter to arrive- only for him not to arrive. Salepereson had a huge difficulties calculating how much carpet do we actually need to by for one flight of straight stairs (no landing, no curves etc..) so we ended up buying quite a bit more than needed. Fitting cost I thought was not high, for how much time it takes (around £90) but unfortunately done to a poor standard, fitter unable to cut pieces evenly, so some are missing a 1cm here and there, some are a bit too wide and come out wavy, plus lots of loose threads.
