Love the gal on Duval street handing out the coupons. She is pleasant and friendly. We walked in found a Bulova watch for my husband and a Movato for myself, but could not get anyone to offer assistance. I had the coupon in my hand. One sales associate looked at the coupon and turned to another couple. I will take my business somewhere with better customer service.
