Don’t waste your time with the fake Key & Treasure Chest gig. Salesman is extremely rude and the onlooking staff looked at me like I wasn’t worthy to walk in the store. I’m telling Jimmy Buffet Resort don’t waste patrons time with displaying treasure Key and business card. Imagine a commission sales person unwilling to show merchandise ...? Get the picture?

I am not sure what the negative customer service comments are about as when we walked in, not one second went by that someone wasn't at our service. Michael was attentive to what I was looking for and found the ring for me the first time he opened the case. I tried on more, but that was the one. He and his manager got me a great deal and made the purchase easy! Thanks Michael, I really appreciate you and the manager there for all your help!
