I was advised totally incorrectly on the type of raw food to give my dog. She became poorly this was because the wrong food was given me. Extremely disappointed as not only was my dog unwell the food I purchased has had to be thrown away.

Took my dog here for ovulation bloods, when the clinic was at her home, had to go through the kitchen to get to the room used for scanning etc. Whole place smelled of urine, so strong it made my eyes water. The room where the bloods took place was so dirty, hair everywhere, blood on the walls, skirting boards thick with muck. She couldn’t get a vein on my girl first few attempts and kept throwing the needle on the dirty table in between tries. Lady was nice enough but the whole place was absolutely filthy.
