Yet again carers are a no show to a 97 year old lady who is desperate for the toilet. It’s distressing to receive this call as she is so upset by the time she calls us for help. The neighbour also helps as the carers are very often late when they do turn up!
Excellent company. The owner always shows gratitude to her employees and you always feel appreciated. Carers are hardworking and always put the clients first. Office staff are friendly and approachable. Could not recommend enough.
Brilliant company , carers are amazing and management even better , there hard work shows even when having to deal with awkward family members and getting abuse daily
