Can’t recommend Antonia enough. Lovely lady, easy to talk to. Back pain has now gone, very informative sessions, great exercise advice.
I was treated for the first time by Antonia, she was professional, kind and informative and would highly recommend Tamar Valley Osteopathy.
Highly recommended... My back, neck and shoulders completely locked up through a combination of stress, injuries and a long drive. Antonia managed to squeeze me in on her day off (set aside for admin). This also included the background chat and paperwork. The very gentle manipulation made me question the effectiveness of the treatment HOWEVER by the end of the session everything was unlocked and I was far more mobile and able to twist. I had a fantastic experience with Antonia today. I booked in for the mummy MOT. She was professional, supportive and very thorough in her assessment. The post-appointment write up and treatment plan is really helpful. I’ve already booked in for my follow up and am very grateful to have found her! 10/10!
