Tamar Housing, now Willow Tree. I second this last review. I've been left without a working boiler for the last three weeks, over the xmas period. Mix that with an array of anti-social behaviour issues which they refuse to sort out, despite being given video evidence. I would say you might be better off camping that staying in one of their properties.
Would give no stars if I could. Willow tree housing association formerly known as tamar housing are by far the worst housing association I have ever dealt with. They don't care about your issues. You will always have to chase them to get anywhere regarding and issues you have. As I have been told they are 'mindful of costs, this is evident in the cowboy builders that they send round to do repairs. They don't care.
