Too much drug dealing when I was there and the cops were always there banging on the door right next to me. Horrible place the apartment I had, had a leaking ceiling when it always rained. Also the smell of weed in the building and too much skechy people there coming in and out.
It's going to be hard to rent these to good tenants when your leasing agent can't even show up on time for a viewing.
