These apartments are beautiful very open floor plan .. come with everything u would need price wise is very reasonable considering all the amenities that come with an I just love that I can have my furbaby live e me an a playground for when my grandkids come over lots of space for family gatherings id recommend to anyone looking for a nice safe pet friendly home to check out TALON APARTMENTS!!😊
I have lived at Talon almost 2 years now, and this place is by far my favorite apartment I've ever lived in! It's one of the only places in town anymore that accepts pets! As I am a huge animal lover this was a big perk for me! not only do they accept pets but the management and community love animals as well! there are potty stations for the dogs and alot of space and fields for them to roam in! Talon Apartments are beautiful. They are very safe, having keypad entry. They are very convenient -having (in apartment) washer and dryer. They are very clean, modern looking and new with beautiful laminate floors throughout. They are all electric-so no extra gas bill. Internet and cable is included in rent, as well as water and garbage. Your kids are important too-so there is a playground for them to enjoy. I came down from Kearney and Kara would not show the place. She was very rude. We won't be renting from this establishment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
These apartments are garbage. Cheaply built. Absolutely no storage for anything. Flooring started coming undone within a few months of being there. Two bedroom is $1000.00 a month with no extras included. The only reason they get away with it is because they allow all dog breeds. Then they charge you a ridiculous amount for "pet deodorizer". I noticed many residents moving out shortly after moving in. A hotel room would be better than this.
Absolutely the WORST place to live. The apartments are made very very cheaply. We cleaned our apartment VERY well and we have $875 worth of “damage charges”. They lied on the final paper and said there was holes in walls, when there wasn’t. A pet deodorizer in which the apartment did not stink and that was all verified at the walk through with a manager who no longer works there.
