Just moved in about 4 months ago. Hate that you can hear everything and anything . Built way to fast my master bedroom door doesn’t even shut . Hate that there is absolute no storage and the price is outrageous for the no space you get. Also hate that you have to include internet and tv in your rent .
RecommendedAnytime we have a problem Talon sends Joe. He is amazing, he is quick always puts in extra work to make sure we have what we need. Everyone from Talon are awesome.
They can’t even hold there tenants responsible for violating there lease or pet agreements. Get your thumb almost bit off and they can’t give you the information of the lady who’s is 100% relabel for all costs. It’s a joke.

Talon Apartments are a great addition to the community of Grand Island. They are very modernized from the inside out, and there is even a little playground for kiddos! The fact that they accept pets too is a huge bonus because not many places in Grand Island do. Staff and management are also very friendly!
