The complex is very nice, secure yet open. Since it's newer, it has a very modern feel inside and is very nice! Also the management are all very pleasant and work well with the tenants, it gives me a positive home-environment feeling. Donna is so much fun too!
RecommendedDonna is amazing! I've had some water issues in my apartment and she has done a wonderful job of keeping me updated on the progress! She has always been super respectful any time I've seen her. She always does what she can to get any situations dealt with as quickly as possible. Compared to other managers I've dealt with, she's definitely top notch! Love it here!
I don't see why people are mad about the land lords I find them very nice but they kinda rushed the construction of my building and my master bathroom had a mold problem from a leaking pipe but they fixed it in less than a week which is AWESOME other apartments would taken months to fix it but it's a nice place to live, cool neighbors and they're very pet friendly.
I love my appartment any one looking for a place to live this place is amazing,the people are really nice and im glad i finally found a place where i can have my dogs. And the best thing is for an appartment building i hardly ever hear my neighbors.
We've been here for 8 or 9 months now and really enjoy it. Location is great and we really love the management ladies as well as the maintenance guys. The park is great because my son loves it. They've fixed a lot from what I've read about previous complaints and if I've needed anything they get it done right away!
100% recommendable, a very calm environment, comfortable to live, the manager lupe is on the lookout for everything, anything she can help them, animence not lose that great opportunity to rent your apartment.
