overpriced and will charge you horrendously upon move out for cleaning you already did
Walls are way too thin! Can hear everything from the neighbors side from any room.. Unfortunately I’m stuck here for a year.
RecommendedThis is by far the best complex we have lived in. The maintnence men, Adam and Mike, are on top of everything. Whenever we have an issue, it is fixed on the same day we report the problem. The guys are also super understanding of our pets. Thanks again Mike and Adam for all you do!
This is my first apartment and whenever I have any concerns or problems I can count on Adam from maintenance to get the job done. He’s amazing at what he does, answers all my questions and constantly reminds me not to hesitate to call whenever I have problems. I can definitely tell he loves his job, cares and put the tenants first. He makes me feel like I made the right choice living here

nice and clean apartments was there for over a year.. one word of CAUTION don’t expect to get your deposit back, what is considered NORMAL wear and tear after residing there for over a year they consider damages and will take your complete deposit!!! I left the apartment in excellent condition with normal wear and tear !!! As a landlord myself I would I know the difference. To bad Talon It was a decent place as far as apartments go, consumers think twice before you rent and don’t except deposit back.
