Lady was nice enough, 1st call was tick box exercise, was then signed off after 2nd phone session and emailed self help website links given. I really needed to talk to an empathetic human for as many sessions as it took :( felt very violated to have revealed very personal information thinking this person will be helping me over a period of time to then be dismissed as if it were irrelevant, whole thing made me feel worse. Luckily not suicidal, but I could see how this could make someone really struggling give up and feel lik... read more

These guys are amazing !!! So friendly , approachable and welcoming . My therapist was outstanding , a wonderful lady that helped me through a really tough time and got me back on track . If I have issues in the future I won't hesitate to be back in contact . Forever thankful 🙂
