When my GP referred me to them I raised concerns based on previous experiences. Their service and expertise is a disgrace, I was assessed unprofessionally and incompetently by someone who did nothing more than read a spreadsheet and thick yes or no boxes. Unbelievable.
Wasn't helpful at all broke my trust, I've had many councillors before but after my first consultation, they broke my trust, now I've got no help, I've lost trust in the mental health department
Not good so far. Trying to get an appointment is very difficult because they will only do the same time every week, which is near impossible with how a lot of people live, particularly those that are self-employed.
I just completed 6 sessions of counselling with Haydar Dolanbay and I must say that they have been very productive and helpful. Thank you to Haydar for showing me a different perspective. Would highly recommend this service.
