The nurses, Jenny and Sarah in particular, are wonderful and very compassionate. It’s always appreciated when the frontline staff have a nice manner on the phone and in person. Lydia Turton displayed this very well today. Diolch 🙏🏼
We are very disappointed in the services of this surgery and the Doctors who don’t really care doing the job .We made sure to call at 8am and request for our daughter to be seen due to the concern we had . The receptionist took the details after fussing that we should complete some online consultation.We called the surgery 3 times during the day asking when is the Gp going to call back . Lovely surgery with lovely staff. Super attentive and always smiling
Keep trying to get face to face appointment- despite speaking with staff keep getting told to ring back for telephone appointment. Can never get through - have ended up paying private. Real shame as always been supporter of nhs but this surgery has real issues with appointments
I had GP placement here and the staff were lovely and welcoming! the trainee pharmacists Geraldine and Seren were amazing and I learnt so much here!
