Over 6 sessions Adam really helped ease the tension in my neck and shoulders. Would definitely return if the problem came back
Adam is a great osteopath who I've been having treatment with for around two years after initially going for a back problem. He always solves any issues and has vast clinical knowledge. Adam is honest in telling you how many treatments you need and he values his patients. Would definitely recommend.
Adam gave me a course of treatment for severe knee pain (sudden occurence) which was extremely successful and enabled me to stop taking strong pain medication and walk normally again. Very happy with the outcome and I will continue to have periodic treatment to ensure my knee remains in good condition.
Every time I get an injury I call Adam, he has helped me massively every time, I had plantarphasiatis, lower back pain, bad shoulder, bad neck, all from running, tennis and unfortunately for sitting down too many hours in front of my computer. Thanks Adam, you’re the best!!
I have been seeing Adam for several weeks now. I pulled a muscle in my back . I was in horrendous pain, I needed a walking stick , Adam is very knowledgeable, he’s been doing the job for over 25 yrs , He explained everything that was wrong, and identified the problem, he found that my back had gone into a spasm .
