Very disappointed. The workers (at Charlotte NC location) didn’t put my oil pan cover on correctly and it came off during a road trip. Now we lost time from our trip dealing with this and will still have to get it fixed/replaced. The manager was supposed to call us but never did. We will see how take 5 handles their employees incompetence m.
Everyone was on point with what needed to be done and they made sure my van was gonna make to my destination. I made to Salt Lake City safely. I recommend you all use them, especially if you are taking a long trip like I did. Customer Service was definitely 10/10!!!!
Do not take your car here. Inexperienced technicians and absent management. First time I went the service was fine, though the guy kept mentioning how he was required to ask about certain up-charges and act like he was doing certain services because management monitors audio and video from an off-site location. I came in about a week ago now. From the moment I drove in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were quick to assess my vehicle and explained the process clearly, making sure I understood what services I needed. The oil change itself took no time at all—definitely lived up to their name! I appreciated the convenience of being able to stay in my car during the service. I went yesterday around 4pm and specifically asked them if they would have the air filter for my car. They said yes after that we started the process of the oil change. After they already drained the oil in my car they continue to tell me they don’t have the air filter but I still have to pay since they would have to put oil back in my car. They gave me $20 off and had my go to the closet auto shop to buy my own air filter out of my own money and come back so they could finish the car.
