I came in about a week ago now. From the moment I drove in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were quick to assess my vehicle and explained the process clearly, making sure I understood what services I needed. The oil change itself took no time at all—definitely lived up to their name! I appreciated the convenience of being able to stay in my car during the service. They came out and took care of my Buick right away. When they came out they gave me a water bottle and my furbabies a treat. Very very nice guys. They explained what they would be doing and did a great job! They wiped their prints off of my car! I felt pretty darn special. I will definitely be back!!! Great job!
My visit took place during a later time of the day in which, for whatever circumstances the employee,I believe his name was Dallas, was single staffed. He explained to me that it may take a bit longer than typical because of this issue, which I appreciated. He was confident in his work and was polite in his demeanor. I went yesterday around 4pm and specifically asked them if they would have the air filter for my car. They said yes after that we started the process of the oil change. After they already drained the oil in my car they continue to tell me they don’t have the air filter but I still have to pay since they would have to put oil back in my car. They gave me $20 off and had my go to the closet auto shop to buy my own air filter out of my own money and come back so they could finish the car. Take 5. Should be take an hour and 25. Then once they start the service, they don't have a 27 mm socket to pull the oil filter. WHAT?! I can't tell you how disappointed i was in this shop. I had to get a crescent wrench out and pull the oil filter myself. AND IT STILL COST $84 for an oil change that I did half of it myself. Unbelievable!! Will NEVER be going here again!!
