5 minute oil change, ***********,***********, ********** waiting in line for 32 minutes , with only one car ahead of me!I stayed in line because there were cars behind me! When we finally got thru, it took 15 minutes before they were finish! That is almost an hour for a 5 minute Oil change!The only good note is, the young men were extremely polite!Thank God Blessed me with patience!FYI:I tried to call to complain , but number was not correct!
I have my own oil and filter and they want to charge me ***** plus tax to change my oil I'm not worried about paying 37 dollars it's the fact that they charge tax on labor. Witch labor in the ************** is not taxed. I'd stay away from this corrupt establishment.

This statement is incorrect. Take 5 does not charge tax on labor when customers bring their own oil. The only thing taxed is the shop service fee of ****. There is a tax on the shop service fee of **** which is 18 cents.

I put down a rated one but if I could I would have put a rate of 0 I took my car to take 5 on Friday Sunday I had a check engine code in my car the car started skipping I immediately had the car diagnostic in a cold came back 00 16 which was something about camshaft I immediately took it to the shop and in three days with only putting 30 miles on the car the shop told me I needed a new engine after so many reviews and talkin to the shop workers they informed me it definitely has something to do with the oil change.

The district manager of shop #*** has a claims case in progress for the customers claim. It has not yet been determined if the oil change at Take 5 was the cause of this customers issue. The customer will be contacted by the district manager to provide status on this claim after the investigation is complete.
Ive been going to this location for oil changes since I was 18 and before it was a Take 5 its 2 blocks from my house and WAS always convenient. Fast forward to 2019, Im about 4 months pregnant going in for a normal oil change as Ive done hundreds of times before with my ******* MKZ Hybrid. Everything went fine or so I thought until not long after Im driving to work and my brakes ago out. Take 5 has a policy that we do not add brake fluid to brake reservoirs. The customer has made no attempt to contact customer service to resolve this issue. We have no cases in our system for a service related issue from *****************************. The customer also stated this happened in 2019. Take 5 would have no way to investigate this customers brake claim issue due to the fact that the issue happened 3 years ago. I took my vehicle to Take 5 located on ************* and ******** December 2021 to get an oil change and the next day my engine light came on and it was releasing blue smoke out the tail pipe. I took it back to the location and I was advised that everything was put back the correct way and that they dont know why its smoking. I was advised to bring my car back every 400 miles to get my oil topped off. They have ruined my car. My car was perfectly fine until they touched it.
This was once a very good place for maintenance but now I am not sure. I went to get an oil change on my wifes car an the left a tool under the hood which could have damaged the engine had I not found it myself at home . So I thought well mistakes happen. Not much time afterwards I took my car in for an oil change and they lost the s**** to the air filer box which once again could damage the engine. Got a oil change back in 12/23/21 got my car back it was shaking and the check engine like was on. Im still waiting on HR to call me back
