We completed on a purchase via Tailor Made very recently and from start to finish, we couldn’t fault them. A special mention to Lorraine who went above and beyond for us continually. Lorraine gave us clear updates and took us under her wing when our own agent let us down. Lorraine has the patience of a saint and is an asset to Tailor Made! Vicky and Dawn were also superb. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Tom and the team at Tailor Made, they sold our house after 2 Saturdays of block viewings. They kept us updated with what was happening and talked us through the whole process of selling as we hadn’t done it before.
