5 star from start to finish. I made the decision that the time had come for me to wear hearing aids. I walked into Taylor Made Hearing and was met by Professionalism, Courteous and knowledgeable staff. I was made to feel very welcome. Time spent with the staff detailing what I wanted. They led me through various options and we then agreed on what was best for me, no hard sell at any time. My sister, Dot Jackson, has had her hearing-aids for three weeks - initially she was surprised to hear everyday sounds such as the tick of the carriage clock. Now, she has regained the ability to converse with family and friends. She is delighted with the aids and with the thorough and thoughtful support provided by Tailor-Made Hearingcare.
From the moment you enter the clinic you are met with a welcome and professional atmosphere, I met phil on my first consultation and straight away it was obvious how pationate and professional he is and better still how dedicated he is to help, whilst individual results will vary on a case to case basis, I have already seen improvements in my sleep patterns only after a few weeks, I have a long way to go but with the help if phil and the team I am confident for the future. PHIL- ONE WORD, AMAZING I visited Taylor-made regarding my tinnitus and hearing loss at a young age, I have never felt more comfortable speaking to anyone in my life more than I did Phil! He really is absolutely amazing, he will go out of his own way and time to talk about any questions or worries. "I can't recommend Phil and his team enough. They really do offer a "tailor made" service. After years of wearing ill fitting NHS hearing aids which could not cope with mum's level of hearing loss, we opted to go private. Phil started working with my mum over a year ago and she was already seriously deaf at that point. Phil and his team have patiently worked with my mum finding the best hearing aids and moulds for her needs. They've not only provided a hearing service but a befriending service.
