Seriously poor service by Tai Aeron….. I have no inventories made and no annual inspections as promised in their contract….. my tenants have had to deal with me directly and I have had to manage the properties. Complete waste of money but has taught me a valuable lesson. I thought I would share my experience with this company before anyone else wastes their time,money and energy. Think twice before it’s too late and you have wasted your money on them instead of on your property maintenance.
Moved out of a property they rented a month ago, cannot get hold of Tai Aeron regarding our deposit, don't return calls, answer emails. Now having to go through a solicitor as even the deposit holders cannot get a word from them. Just want our money back.

Having been a tenant with tai arron for the last 6 years, I have always found them to be a professional, courteous and well run letting agents business. They have always strived to maintained a strong client and agent relationship with me, been supportive and understanding throughout my tenancy, any issues have been promptly and efficiently resolved with the best outcomes all round.
