My dentist office and dog vet are in the close vicinity so this is my third visit at this restaurant and location. In terms of service, it can be a bit hit and miss depending on who's working. The first time there was a girl who was really nice, friendly and bubbly. The second time, there was a guy running the store. Friendly and attentive staff who made the dining experience even more enjoyable — great service with a smile
Unfortunate experience today. I have a mild allergy to sesame (can eat trace amounts safely) and asked staff to take out the tahini in my falafel bowl. Instead, they added tahini and took out the garlic sauce. I had to waste the hot sauce and 2 of the falafels to extract the tahini from my bowl. While I can take part of the blame for ordering food without tahini at a place called Tahini's, I am worried nonetheless about the mistake and how it could have happened to someone with a more severe allergy.
