Refused service as my tyres were too big and “difficult to balance”. 285/75/16 it’s not exactly a unique or uncommon size for an SUV. They were polite enough about it I think that’s poor for a tyre fitter.
Used to be great, now just attitude and a bad job. Specifically asked for wheels to be balanced when changing new tyres. 2.wheels didn't have any weights. Car drove with shakes. Took it elsewhere and all wheels were out of balance. Won't be going back again.
I’ve had tyres from here, had punctures fixed and today had my sensor replaced in less than an hour, always great service at good prices
