I noticed big changes when coming on 4 August they had water out never have before . sign up if struggled with self service never happened. really nice spoken to some about some gave me phone call about on time. noticed there are must better really understand now. well done changes think around

Had an appointment booked at 3.40pm and wasn't seen until 4.40pm!. It was 30 degrees and no air con at all. I sat waiting with children in the heat. It's ridiculous
