Outstanding food and service – The food and service here are consistent and outstandlingly good. You will not get fancy plates of overly decorated food but you will be pleased by the basic presentations and the EXCELLENT quality of the food and service. It is one of the best restaurants in S.F.
Warm tradition! – This is typical old San Francisco -- bustling, long-aproned waiter; great seafood; big bowl of lemons on each table; sourdough bread; warm wood and tall ceilings; plus "private" mini rooms for tables seating 4 or more. Great Bloody Mary'! The perfect place to hang at in the afternoon on rainy Saturdays!
Top of the list SF restaurant – The food, service, and ambiance of the Tadich Grill make it a "must visit" eatery in San Francisco. While there is nothing gourmet here in terms of preparation or presentation, the food is excellent in terms of quality and quantity. My picks: The Shrimp Louie Salad Filet Mignon All of their seafood offerings A bit pricey, but the quality of the food and the atmosphere more than justify the cost of a meal.
