I stopped by today to watch a class and wow........it was amazing! So powerful, so positive, so motivating! I felt the family feeling and loved it! I'll be back!

Great place for a workout. The personal trainers there do a great job of making sure that everyone in their classes maximize their workouts Awesome Place!
I took the mix and burn class yesterday . My first time and I was sweating something serious! My body is in shock ! I will definitely be back!
Second time was last night. Attended kickboxing with friends and its awesome and the smoothies taste great. Great way to end an awesome workout!!! Definitely will be a regular
