I visit the Atlanta area often for work and I was encouraged to attend for friends and family day. While getting back to changing diet and putting exercise in my routine, I loved the energy that Tasha and her team of fitness personnel brought today. I did the WorkTime Circuit and Cycling and it was an intense 1 hour. They are inspiring and the onsite smoothies, clothing to support breast cancer, and The No Mess Message is profound. Taddas fitness camp is a real gem of a place. Thr classes are reinvigorating and refreshing. This is well run business! "No mess" means just that. I like the fact that people of all shapes and sizes go there and different age groups. I will continue to sign up every summer when i come home.
