NO MESS! This week has proven to me that I really made a good decision in 2017. I want to get my physical health back and Babe, Tadda's Fitness is working with us to do just that, I am in a happy place right now, and I am enjoying the push. IT is where I want to go. The WORK OUT this week with Queen Tadda has been great. And it seems that since it was Friday she was going to let up by not instructing the class. I went for the kickboxing class with a friend and signed up for the boot camp class...I enjoy the atmosphere and the "No Mess" attitude! Ms. Tadda keeps you pumped and encouraged! Definitely looking forward to more classes and all that this 6-week journey has to offer!
I am currently in her bootcamp and I LOVE IT!!! Family environment.
#NoMess Awesome fitness club. One stop shop!!!!! Tadda will get you right if you stick with it.
Very nice facility! Wonderful Zumba classes, smoothie bar and gift shop. I enjoyed my visit and my classes.
