Started bootcamp on Monday 11/27/2017 and on Tuesday I ran 2 miles in 31 mins. Feeling beat down this week but also excited. Best choice ever thanks to my sister Janice Thomas for encouraging me! Love the people and TFC, you are the best Tasha.....No mess..
I started way back with Taddas and I can say I’ve seen people come and go and return larger! But one thing that’s consistent is her passion for fitness! She is a precious jewel. Come and be a part of our family, I’m here for life! “Literally!” 😊
Started the boot camp on 10/9/2017. 1 week and 1 day in, feeling the difference in how well I sleep and also my energy level is so much better. Not feeling so tired. Great workouts even if I don't always like it. Great support from the staff to keep pushing and going beyond your comfort level. Thanks Team Tadda for all the emcouragement. ��
I look at the accomplishments and attitudes that all attend including trainers....all are very special people. God has truly blessed this place. I will change within. Thank you family and my new family..love you
