I love this place my daughter invite to for the mother and daughter workout it were GREAT! Nice place I will be join this Monday. Excellant program and love the peanut smoothie. Cost is great to join only $29 monthly less than a $1 dollar a day you owe it to yourself. I am 60 and llove it!!!!!!
I had been watching Tadda's Fitness video for sometime and decided to go see what it was about. Great friendly atmosphere. Everyone there is very supportive and are at all fitness levels. I am hooked... No Mess
