I love this camp Tadda's not just help you get fit she teach you about nutrition how to eat and her trainers they all awesome they always encouraging you that you can do it the ladies that that you meet there we have each other back I just love this place so come and see what u miss In my New Orleans voice baby
Taddas has an excellent healthy start program when I was in it I saw wounder full results. Also great trainers as well you want regret paying your money it is well worth it. I miss coming I will be back.

I've been going to Tadda for about a year, taking the classes. I just started my first book camp. She breaks you down but builds you up all at the same time! Love it!!
I have only been going to Taddas for a week , but whine I say she is the best .. She really is and she works you! Lord my legs feel like noddles lol haha but it's worth it ..:)
Lost a ton of weight in 2010 desperately need to re visit this program.

TFC completely changed my view on health and fitness. I truly understand now that "fitness starts within". It is more than just a workout center. It is a workout family. The staff is always ready and willing to help you meet and exceed your goals.
