**************** was actually very nice. ******* was very helpful. He got back to me very quick and sent me a new grill after the one I had ordered was faulty. Easily the best Customer support *** had to deal with. Its usually an hours long process but this was much better. Very straightforward. Thank you. And thank you for the new part! I can honestly say that he has been the very best customer service person I have ever dealt with. SUPER fast shipping, but Im head to talk about customer service. *** bought a few exterior products for my newly purchased Tacoma and have been very pleased with all of them. I purchased the window deflectors, which I really love the look of, but one of them flew off going 75 mph down the highway. I reached out to customer service and ****** was super helpful and got me taken care of within a matter of minutes. I cant say enough about how easy and pleasant he was to work with! This place needs to be looked into. They forgot something in my order and I have yet to hear back from them after several attempts of reaching out to them. They do not have an actual phone number that you can reach someone at a front desk or whatever. It's all text messaging and they do not respond via email / text
