I recently needed to return a set of wheels that werent the right fit for my needs, and ****** was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and made everything simple and straightforward. It was clear he genuinely cared about making sure things were taken care of properly. I really appreciated his support and would definitely recommend working with him!
Slow to respond. Sent an email to their requested site. Had to "chat" them for response. Someone finally reached out two days later. They did eventually help solve problem.
Purchased fang lights for my Tacoma, but they sent one tinted and one non tinted. Got on a chat with ****** and ****** quickly fixed the issue and sent new ones so that both are tinted. I am annoyed that I have to repeat install, but glad the customer service was quick and easy to get it fixed.

I worked closely with ****** to get my fang lights installed on my new 2025. I had a really hard time getting it wired correctly because the original video showing how to wire it was rather vague. But ****** was a lot of help. We got it resolved and they work great now. I give ****** high marks. Keep these guys in your radar when youre looking for Tacoma add-ons,
