About 3 years ago I bought carbon fiber mirror covers for my 2022 Tacoma which gave it an awesome look. After 1 year they started peeling, I messaged Tacoma and the issue was resolved the same day.??This time I tried to redeem my points for a $100 gift card and the computer had a glitch which my points were gone and no gift card was sent to me. I purchased mudflaps for a 2016 Tacoma when they arrived. I open the package and realized they would not fit. I have contacted Tacoma lifestyle no less than 25 times finally be told that I cannot return them because I open the package. This is fraudulent because they told me something listed that it will fit and it does not. They refused to give me my money back. They are running a scam and they are being allowed to do so.

Recently purchased Carven Exhaust cat back for my 2021 Taco. However one of the part were damaged through shipping, nevertheless ****** from Taco lifestyle customer service was very exceptional and quickly resolved the issue, and ****** kept me updated throughout the entire process as well by Hunter the customer service from the manufacturer Carven exhaust.
