Horrible customer service! Ordered an LED light bar 11/24/23 and have been given the runaround ever since. This is my sons Christmas gift and it still hasnt even shipped. The customer service agent that emails me says there is nothing he can do. Doesnt even try to fix the situation and refuses to give you a number to call to speaks with someone. They also will not call me.
Do not use this company. Their customer service reps continually lie. I had to get the fraud dept of my bank involved. I still haven’t received my order or a refund.
USPS delivery and a charge of $21.97 in addition to all the other sipping noted charges in the invoices. $19.98 USD for two separate deliveries = $26.77CAD + $21.97CAD "USPS" = $48.94 Canadian Dollars in TOTAL for delivery. They did not mention an additional fee coming at the door! Surprise NOT needed. I have closed my account.
