A week after placing my order of a item that was in stock. I contacted them to ask when it would ship and they couldn't give me a answer and was told to check back in a few days

Placed an order today for an item that said "In Stock, Ready To Ship" and then I asked their customer support how long shipping would take and they said 2-3 weeks before it actually ships! This is false advertising and I'm not waiting that long. If it was communicated on the website I'd be fine with it but they led me to believe they actually had it in stock since it said it was on the website. Purchased a Pedal commander went to install it to find out they shipped me the wrong one.No number to call only to text and they dont reply back.The plugs dont match so it cant be used even though thats all there worried about$275 for that piece of ****
No telephone number on their contact. None found in searches.Order problems with defective goods.... resolution TBD.Avoid doing business with a company that works hard to not be reached!
Placed an order (#******) on Dec. 7th, 2023 and received the wrong item on Dec. 19th, 2023. It took until Jan. 08, **** to get a replacement shipped to me even with multiple emails to them asking status. Received the replacement order on Jan, 16, **** and it was once again the wrong item. After many many many emails to them I have now once again been sent a replacement on Jan. 25, ****. **************** really lacks. I placed an order (and paid for) for 3 items, when the package arrived, only 1 item was included. I've reached out to them a half dozen times through both their website and through direct email to their sales team to notify them. It's been several weeks and they won't even acknowledge any of my communications let alone work with me on a resolution .
No customer service, failed to deliver order. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
