The customer service experience is outstanding. My product damage issue was resolved overnight and received replacement w/o any hassle. I contacted them on a Saturday. They were closed and the website stated they would contact me during normal business. At about 8:30 on Monday morning Boston contacted me just like they said they would. Very helpful, thank you so much.
These guys are awesome. They respond very fast with customer service question (specifically Boston is who I was talking to). I received all my packages very fast and they are always willing to help. Very happy customer and I will be buying from them again.
