After having an order get lost in shipping, *** helped me out and had a replacement sent out in a reasonable time and always responded in a timely manner. I definitely will be ordering from them more in the future
First and foremost. I tried to get a warranty from a headlight company that is sold from this site. Mostly to not have to bother the people of this site to do this warranty. And I have experience in a similar industry being a Warranty technician. The brand of lights had employees that were not helpful. Place an order 03 Dec 2024 and as today 31 Dec 2024 no shipping date or status of my order.
Great customer service. I had accidentally purchased the wrong lights for my Tacoma and they got back to me right away and were able to replace the lights to the correct ones.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a set of the mirror sequential signals for my 2020 Tacoma installed them and the passsenger side light wasnt working, sent a email got back a response right away. *** was super helpful and reordered a new set for me.
